The Social media giant Facebook has become the talk of wall street and many of its users when last week Thursday and this week Monday the site was down. Monday the site was down for close on 40 minutes strangely the world did not stop turning but what did happen was the shares were down nearly 4% at $89.25 (£58.83) shortly after the site went down. If the site was down once it would be ok but twice in a short time raises eyebrows. The last time Facebook admitted it was something its own engineers had caused by tinkering around with the system but this time they stated that it was its Graph API that gave the problem. While the site was down jokes about the social media giant were furiously doing the rounds. Facebook is fully functional again and everybody can see again what you had for breakfast of if you took a jog so the world can move along peacefully again.
